The focus on local fish and community engagement reflects a growing trend toward sustainability and supporting local businesses. Adaptability will be key to thriving through challenges like weather.
The opening of a new establishment often brings excitement, but it also poses challenges, like the unpredictable weather affecting fish supply. Establishing a network with local fishers is a smart move; it shows adaptability and reliance on community resources. However, I wonder how they plan to maintain quality and variety in their offerings throughout the winter months, especially with their emphasis on local fish and the potential shortage that may arise. Playzee is an interesting concept, as it suggests a balance between creativity and practicality in sourcing ingredients.
